The stay was overall great, the location was very convenient, metro, tram, Marmaray and bus stop towards the airport were near the hotel 2-7 minutes of walking. Also there were restaurants near, McDonald's and kfc, shops and ATMs. The rooms were clean, the staff was very nice, giving us water and tea when we arrived at the hotel after a long travel day.

The receptionist (Named Ahmet) was very kind and helpful. Quickly accommodated whatever extras we needed, and all the other reception staff were helpful too. We were given an upgraded room as well. We didn't have a kettle or cups in our room, and they saw too it that we had some. The lady who did the housekeeping was very kind and extremely helpful as well as polite. The location is pretty good being in Fatih, The main Bazaars are a brisk walk away. There are tram lines right across the road if you need to get anywhere. Decent shops are right outside the hotel as well. Breakfast was alright too. Sauna and Steam room were good.

very good hotel, Very good service, cleanliness, good family atmosphere, especially the staff in the morning shift. Maksat, the girl at the reception, is super and attentive.

The best hotel in İstanbul. Great location, nice and friendly staff. Good and deliciuous breakfast. During trip one person from our group had birthday - hotel prepared very nice cake - Thank You!

Great hotel. Staff were all lovely and very helpful. facilities were great and so was the location for accessing the Metrolink and getting around Istanbul. Literally 10 mins on the tram to most of the sights. (approx 70p a ride) We requested a room away from the front of the hotel as we had read reviews that it was noisy staying in the rooms at the front. This is due to a very loud bar below. We couldn't hear anything and slept very well (room 507) Wifi was really good too and the rooftop pool was perfect. Very clean hotel and plenty of choice for breakfast.
